Responsibilities:
Supervise the day to day operations of the Front DeskOversee the training and ongoing performance of the front desk associatesOperate the front desk and assist guests with needsManage the operations of the front desk in accordance with brand standardsMaintain Knowledge of area, events and hotel offeringsMaintain good customer relations, answer questions, resolve concerns in a timely mannerMaintain communication between departments Complete Administrative reports as requestedHampton Inn Bath is a Maine Course Hospitality propertyOur Core Values:
