Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Patient Care:
Deliver primary care and Occupational Medicine services to adult patients.
Diagnosis and Treatment:
Onsite medical services such as first aid and injury management/M1 completionCompliance Management:
Review of new hire paperwork/surveillance testing and physical examinations as neededEvaluations:
DOT examinations and OSHA required surveillance programs requiring provider clearances/review, fitness for duty evaluations.
Ability to participate in Sea Trials as needed.
Collaborative Team Environment:
Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to provide coordinated and patient-centered care.
Candidate Requirements:
Active Maine State License & Unrestricted DEACertified Nurse PractitionerCertifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)Active DOT CertificationClinical Background in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency or Family Medicine strongly preferredJoin a healthcare organization where the emphasis is on health outcomes, not patient volume and billing.
