As a half time employee, assist the Alion financial cost Program Manager, that is working with PMS 400D2 and SUPSHIP Bath Program Managers, to perform EVMS and IMS evaluations. Assist in the training of the Navy Supervisor''s staff in the EVMS and IMS evaluation process. Provide insight into the shipyards operational plan development, resource planning, CPR process, variance analysis, CFSR spend plan funding analysis, and Monthly Progress Review. Provide the Division manager and Office Program Managers with an evaluation of project financials and insight. Bachelor''s degree in related discipline plus 10 to 12 years of directly related experience in technical program planning, administration, budgets, and development. Master''s degree preferred. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 20 years applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data. Prior Shipyard experience in engineering and Financial departments. Ability to understand and perform analysis of comprehensive financial associated with Navy shipbuilding programs. A working knowledge of EVMS FAR as well as DCMA audits compliance requirements. Understand and be able to work with Navy reporting processes for contractually required CDRL reporting including Cost Performance Report (CPR), Contract Cost Data Report (CCDR), and Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR). Able to established clear and transparent communication with both SupShip-Bath and the NAVSEA project office as well as the shipyards Contracts/Estimating. Develop and conducted effective EVMS training consistent with NDIA ANSI /EIA 748 to prepare Control Account Managers (CAMs) for managing their parts of the contract. Processes with significant need for improvement including the EAC process, the Variance Analysis Reporting process, and Rolling Wave Budgeting in the IMS were targeted. Assist as needed in shipyards Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs). Candidate must be able to obtain a secret level clearance for this position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
