Job Description Lay out and drilling of foundations from blueprints.
Installing components on units or ships which include general machinery, main machinery, operating gear, ordnance
equipment, etc.
Repairing of equipment as needed.
Required Education/Training High School Diploma or GED.
Trade / technical school or two years in a mechanical field required.
Must be able to read blueprints required.
Experience Able to read measuring tools, tape measure, inside and outside micrometers, vernier or dial calipers,
depth micrometers, dial indicators and perform simple math calculations required.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the mechanical field required.
Unique/Additional Requirements Must meet the requirements of the physical task analysis.
