Job Description Plan organize and coordinate work for mechanics; ensure safe work conditions & implementation of safety; ensure construction schedule adherence and cost account adherence; ensure first time quality of all work and status MACPAC work orders/coordinate operational schedule; maintain and communicate with other supervisors. Achieve and maintain smooth work flow and high degree of productivity; support and administer labor contract and follow regulations; use electronic Time Accounting System (TAS) to maintain employees time and overtime daily.
Required Education/Training Graduate Apprentice Preferred
High School Diploma/GED required
Experience Minimum of one year of experience in Shipfitting classification
Minimum of one year of experience in shipbuilding manufacturing processes and Macpac system
Previous supervisory experience in a production environment preferred
Unique/Additional Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Work history of positive working relationships with peers required
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflict and changing priorities

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
