Job Description The successful candidate will become an integral part of the BIW Program Management office supporting the program controls oversight and business management of multiple BIW programs.
Primary Responsibilities will include:
o Providing ad hoc financial analysis and project management to support various program objectives
o Supporting performance reporting to BIW Senior Management and our Navy Customers
o Business process development and improvement
o Interfacing with and providing consistency across multiple organizations
o Supporting the development and maintenance of financial operating plans
o Providing proposal development support
Required Education/Training Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other related field of study (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience o Two years of relevant business or project management experience
o Proven analytical and problem solving skills
o Strong initiative and self-motivated
o Excellent cost analysis and modeling skills
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
o Ability to work independently and lead diverse groups
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage deadlines
o Good organizational skills
o Earned Value Management experience a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
