Job Description Maintain cleanliness of facilities including offices, other areas throughout the buildings, grounds keeping and snow removal.
Required Education/Training High School Diploma or GED required
Experience Minimum of (1) year experience performing janitorial cleaning in an industrial/commercial environment
Must have demonstrated work experience with the floor processing process, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors
Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certified preferred
Knowledge of janitorial duties and standards including the operation of floor processing equipment required
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and sanitizing processes required
Unique/Additional Requirements Must be able to meet and perform to the requirements of the physical task analysis.
