The Senior Integrated Logistics Support Logistician will be responsible for the following:
Coordinating, supervising, and reviewing work performed by contractor logisticians.
Providing integrated logistics support status and maintaining the partnership between the government and contractor staff.
Accomplishing required logistics actions to monitor the outfitting of Navy ship store room and operating space items.
Updating and maintaining Navy logistic databases for all assigned Navy ships.
Developing and presenting logistics management reports and metrics as directed.
Education, Work Experience and Clearance Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Management or related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience with the Navy's Integrated Logistics System and its application in equipping ships and shore installations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience analyzing and resolving technical problems relating to operational considerations, engineering drawings and associated hardware.
Ability to work independently in a diverse, multi-disciplined, multi-functional team environment.
Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance.
Preferred:
Proficiency in using the following Navy Systems: TDMIS, ICAPS, JETDAS, CDMD-OA, RCAMS, OARS, PMSMIS, ePMS Gateway-eWaiver, NAVSUP One Touch Support Site.
Understanding of requirements management tools and methodologies; software and hardware subsystems and system integration; development and operational testing; logistics, supportability, producibility, configuration management and quality assurance processes.
General knowledge of Six Sigma practices, change management and continuous improvement and capability maturity model philosophies.
Knowledge of domestic and international Defense acquisition guidelines.
PMP or Master's degree.
Completion of CDMD-OA Basic and Advanced Workfile training.
Reliability-Centered maintenance Level I and/or Level II certification.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
