Essential Job Functions
5 yrs. desktop experience, well spoken, strong written/verbal skills and quick answer to questions. Experience dealing with VIP clients, business casual attire. Fast paced user community. Exceptional interaction with users, collaborate well with other lines of service - Engineering, network, server, security teams. Ability to multi task issues at hand. Prioritize, schedule, deliver. Windows 7, MS Office, experience replacing hardware parts, desktop/laptop (DELL) Familiar with Outlook, installing app for database access. Perform data recovery for rebuilds/reimages. Experience in enterprise domain environment with GPO's in use. Knowledge of WIFI support, Knowledge of VPN - Cisco client - RSA soft token experience. Experience with SCCM and AD console. Mobile device support, email & wifi - experience with Airwatch mobile device manager. General network knowledge - DNS, TCP/IP, proxy servers, pac files Network printer IP assignments, Input & backup LDAP info. PXE booting experience Disk Encryption experience - Virus scanning. Ticket management experience a must. Manage tickets daily, maintain SLA's.
+ Provides on-site field support to customers including installation, and servicing and repairing of systems and equipment.
+ Answers customer questions and resolves issues. Refers other issues/questions to appropriate personnel/service area/manager for follow up, testing and troubleshooting.
+ Assists in instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of systems/equipment.
+ Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
+ Performs analyses and prepares reports on system problem trends and issues.
+ Assists in applying engineering principles and practices as they relate to system design, process flow and/or discrete modeling.
+ Interacts with the client's engineers, as necessary, to gather information, design changes, requirements, etc. to compile information for the overall solution design.
+ Assists in translating the engineering design into software design and development of test plans to verify logic of new or modified technical programs.
+ Performs testing of the final product and works with the client's engineers to assure that the product performs as planned.
+ Assists in the design of basic technical programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.

DEL Microsoft Exchange, DEL MS-DOS Operating System: Use, DEL Voice Communications Products: Use, Active Directory (AD), Desktop Tools, Engineering-Local Delivery 04, English, Ethernet, IBM Hardware, IBM Lotus Notes Client, IEEE 802.1x Authentication, Intranet Configuration, LAN/WLAN Mgmt - Structured Cabling Design Installation and Fiber Plant Management, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Certified, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Internet Explorer Install/Administer/Maintain, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Security Design, Microsoft Word, Printers Install/Maintain/Support, Remote Support, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Technical Support, Technical Support - Break-Fix, Teleconferencing SW Product: Use, Wireshark
+ High school diploma or G.E.D.
+ Two or more years of field support experience
+ Experience working with the company's hardware, software and equipment products
+ Experience working with customer technology and support requirements
+ Experience working with process and/or system design concepts
+ Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems and software
+ Experience working with engineering principles and practices

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
