The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
The Maintenance Person?s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
? Filtering oil fryers daily
? Maintaining outside grounds
? Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
? Unload delivery truck 2 times a week and rotating the product.
? Take out and empty trash compactor
? Change light bulbs
? Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
? Be on a system so that each area of the restaurant is well maintained.
The maintenance position is one of the most important positions in the restaurant. Without a trustworthy and reliable primary maintenance person the restaurant can not be successful.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
